By enrolling in our online French classes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1. Course Registration and Payment
- Registration: To register for online classes, you must fill out the contact form on our website or contact us directly.
- Payment: Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the first class unless otherwise agreed. Private lessons packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Under no circumstances can a private lessons package be refunded, in part or in full.
- Confirmation: Your place in the course is only confirmed once payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: Private lessons can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Group classes cannot be rescheduled.
- Cancellations: If you miss a class without prior notice (48 hours for private lessons), no rescheduling will be offered and the class will be deducted from your package.
3. Course Content
The content of the online French classes is subject to change based on the needs and level of the student. The recorded classes and all the materials provided for the course are for your personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed without permission.
4. Code of Conduct
You are expected to behave respectfully during all online classes. Disruptive behavior or inappropriate conduct may result in termination from the course without a refund. We reserve the right to remove any student from the course if they are consistently disruptive or fail to adhere to the rules.
5. Copyright
All course material provided, including text, videos, audio files, and worksheets, are the intellectual property of Frenchly and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Technical issues and Liability
We strive to provide a seamless online learning experience, but please note that we are not liable for any technical issues that may affect the delivery of online classes, including but not limited to:
- Internet connectivity issues on the student’s end.
- Problems with the video conferencing software or platform.
- Device or hardware malfunctions, such as camera or microphone failures.
- Technical difficulties with audio or video quality due to bandwidth limitations.
We recommend ensuring you have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment before attending classes. If technical issues arise, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes, but we are not responsible for missed or disrupted classes due to these factors.
